Xiaomi has reached a significant milestone in its electric vehicle production, delivering over 10,000 SU7 vehicles in September. This achievement marks the fourth consecutive month the company has reached this delivery figure, although the precise number has not been disclosed. With consistent production rates, Xiaomi is on track to exceed its original goal of delivering 100,000 SU7 models by the end of 2024, potentially reaching this target by late October or November.
In light of this progress, Xiaomi has revised its delivery target to 120,000 SU7 units and expects to deliver over 20,000 vehicles in October alone. This boost in production capacity is the result of recent optimizations that have improved efficiency. Additionally, Xiaomi plans to introduce a new variant of the SU7 featuring an SUV design, further expanding its electric vehicle lineup to meet growing demand.

Recently, Xiaomi’s SU7 Max electric vehicle was spotted at Karachi Port, prompting sources to confirm that Airlink is preparing to launch an electric car in Pakistan. The base variant of the SU7 is priced at ¥215,900 (approximately Rs. 8.5 million), placing it in the luxury vehicle segment in the country. However, given the limited local market for high-end electric vehicles, Airlink may focus on exporting the vehicle to right-hand drive markets, following strategies employed by companies like Changan and Master Motors.
