The Poco F7 is gearing up to make its debut in the Pakistani smartphone market, and it’s already creating quite a buzz. Building on the success of the Poco F6, which earned praise for its performance and value, the F7 looks ready to raise the bar even further. According to industry sources, the upcoming device may be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, recently released in China.

Display and Performance: Power Meets Precision

The Poco F7 is expected to sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, promising a vivid and ultra-smooth viewing experience. Under the hood, the phone is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, combined with Adreno GPU for exceptional gaming and multitasking performance.

In terms of memory, variants with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage are anticipated, closely mirroring its Redmi counterpart.

Camera and Imaging Capabilities

For photography enthusiasts, the Poco F7 may feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 20MP front-facing camera is expected to handle selfies and video calls with clarity and detail.

Bigger Battery, Faster Charging

A 5,000mAh battery is set to power the device, supported by 90W fast charging for quick top-ups. Users can expect all-day performance with minimal downtime.

Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, MIUI based on Android 14, and an IP64 rating for water and dust resistance—making it both powerful and durable.

Expected Launch Timeline and Pricing in Pakistan

Leaks suggest the global unveiling of the Poco F7 will happen by end of May 2025, with a Pakistani launch expected by mid-June 2025. For context, the Poco F6 debuted in Pakistan at Rs. 144,999. With hardware upgrades like the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, improved camera setup, and 90W charging, analysts predict a launch price between Rs. 149,999 and Rs. 159,999, depending on the configuration.
