The Murree Traffic Police announced the temporary closure of the highway from Satra Meel Toll Plaza to Bansara Gali due to ongoing road repair and carpeting work, effective Monday.
According to the official statement, the Highway Department is actively working on the stretch between Chhatar and Salgran, prompting a complete shutdown of the route for all types of traffic.

In light of the closure, travelers coming from Islamabad and Rawalpindi are advised to use the Murree Expressway as an alternative route.
