Punjab Minister for Minorities Affairs, Ramesh Singh Arora, has extended heartfelt gratitude to the global Sikh community for their unwavering support of Pakistan and its armed forces during recent regional tensions.

In a statement released on Monday, Arora praised the solidarity and ideological clarity demonstrated by Sikhs around the world, stating, “The Sikh nation has once again shown its commitment to peace, brotherhood, and truth.” He acknowledged that Sikhs in India, the United States, Canada, Europe, and Switzerland have stood firmly behind Pakistan’s position, sending a powerful message that truth transcends borders.

Arora emphasized that efforts by hostile elements to sow division within the Sikh community had failed, highlighting the community’s unity and resilience. He referenced a song released by young Indian Sikhs, describing it as a bold and moving expression of conscience that resonated globally.

The minister also applauded international Sikh organizations such as the World Sikh Parliament for their peaceful and constructive roles. He noted that the teachings of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji continue to inspire the world toward peace, tolerance, and equality.

Reaffirming the loyalty of Pakistan’s Sikh population, Arora declared, “We are not a minority; we are proud citizens of Pakistan and stand side by side with our armed forces and institutions in every challenge.” He concluded by expressing pride in the Sikh community’s dignity, vision, and commitment to peace.
