The day began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and special prayers across mosques for national unity, prosperity, and the liberation of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK). Namaz-e-Shukr and Quran recitations were also held to pay tribute to the martyrs.

A 31-gun salute in Islamabad and 21-gun salutes in provincial capitals, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan marked the nation’s gratitude. Patriotic slogans like “Takbeer – Allahu Akbar” and “Pakistan Zindabad” echoed nationwide.
