The global variant of vivo’s upcoming X300 flagship has allegedly surfaced in the Geekbench database under the model number V2515, according to a tipster on X (formerly Twitter). This new listing suggests the device is powered by MediaTek’s unannounced Dimensity 9500 SoC, and packs a substantial 16GB of RAM, running on Android 16.

Impressive Geekbench Scores – But Caution Advised

The device scored 3,177 in the single-core test and 9,701 in the multi-core benchmark, indicating flagship-level performance. However, benchmark scores for unreleased and prototype devices should always be taken with caution, as optimizations may still be in progress.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time a device believed to be the X300 has popped up online. Back in August, another vivo handset—model V2509A—was also spotted on Geekbench and linked to the X300. This raises the possibility that V2509A is the Chinese variant, while V2515 is the global version, though nothing has been officially confirmed.
