L’Oréal Pakistan Women of Worth Pakistan initiative has officially been launched as a nationwide platform aimed at recognizing and celebrating women who are making a meaningful impact across various sectors of society. The program is designed to highlight individuals whose leadership, resilience, and long-term contributions are helping shape the future of Pakistan socially, culturally, scientifically, and economically.
Building on a legacy of over 17 years, L’Oréal Pakistan has consistently contributed to the country’s beauty, fashion, and empowerment landscape through initiatives like PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week, Ambassador of Fashion, Beauty for a Better Life, and various digital literacy programs. With L’Oréal Pakistan Women of Worth Pakistan, the organization is expanding its vision by redefining beauty—moving beyond appearances to focus on influence, purpose, and societal impact.
The platform is structured around three core pillars: Recognition, Storytelling, and Impact Enablement. In its inaugural season, the initiative will honor four distinguished Women of Worth along with one Emerging Voice under the age of 25. Instead of ranking participants, the program will celebrate a diverse group of women whose work demonstrates leadership, innovation, resilience, and a commitment to creating lasting change.

To ensure transparency and credibility, L’Oréal Pakistan Women of Worth Pakistan will be guided by an independent Advisory Council and Jury Panel. This panel will consist of respected professionals from journalism, academia, healthcare, law, culture, and social impact sectors, ensuring that the selection process remains fair and unbiased.
The initiative will recognize outstanding women across five major categories, including Social Impact and Grassroots Leadership, Science, Healthcare & Innovation, Arts, Culture & Creative Industries, Sports and Resilience, and Gen Z Emerging Voices.
Speaking at the launch, Rehan Saeed, Executive General Manager at L’Oréal Pakistan, emphasized that the platform aims to celebrate women whose contributions go beyond conventional definitions of beauty. He noted that L’Oréal Pakistan Women of Worth Pakistan is designed to serve as a long-term national recognition platform that highlights courage, leadership, and meaningful societal contributions.
Nominations for the program are set to open through multiple channels later this month, with the first cycle of the initiative scheduled to run from April to July 2026.
