According to Intel’s current quote of $27.95 per share, with a market value of approximately $115.350 billion, Intel is currently trading at a price of $27.95 per share. At the time of writing, AMD has a market value of around $116.815 billion, which is reflected in its current share price of $72.45 per share.
During the early hours of the 27th Beijing time on April 26th, Intel announced its fourth-quarter and full-year results for 2022. As a result of a sharp decline of 32%, the fourth-quarter results did not meet the market’s expectations. There has been a decline in revenue since the beginning of 2016.
The market performance in the first quarter was pessimistic, which is in line with Intel’s guidance. During the first quarter, the company expects adjusted revenue to range between US$10.5 billion and US$11.5 billion compared with the market’s expectation of US$14 billion. It expects an adjusted gross profit margin of 39% in the first quarter, compared with the market’s expectation of 45.5%.
