The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) announced on Friday a Rs. 3.33 per unit increase in electricity prices due to the fuel charges adjustment (FCA) for ex-Wapda distribution companies (DISCOs).

This increase will be displayed separately in consumers’ bills based on the units billed in May 2024. DISCOs will include the fuel charges adjustment for May 2024 in the billing for July 2024.
