Two-Day Public Holiday Declared for Ashura Observance
The federal government has announced a two-day public holiday to observe Ashura. The holidays will fall on Tuesday, July 16th and Wednesday, July 17th, 2024. Ashura itself is on the 9th and 10th of Muharram.
