Samsung Launches Budget-Friendly Galaxy F14 4G in India

Samsung has launched the Galaxy F14 4G as an affordable option for Indian consumers. This new model follows the release of the Galaxy F15 5G, which is powered by the Exynos 1330 SoC.

Galaxy F14 4G Specifications:

The Galaxy F14 4G features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and an additional 4GB of virtual RAM. It offers 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB. The device has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Infinity-U LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.

Available in Moonlight Silver and Peppermint Green, the Galaxy F14 4G includes a 50MP primary rear camera, complemented by 2MP depth and macro sensors. For selfies, there is a 13MP front camera. Security is ensured with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The phone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging, though the charger is not included in the box. It runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1, providing a user-friendly interface and customization options. Samsung promises two OS upgrades and four years of security updates.

Pricing and Availability:

The Galaxy F14 4G is priced at Rs. 8,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and will be available at selected retail outlets in Moonlight Silver and Peppermint Green colors.

Upcoming Galaxy A16 5G:

In related news, Samsung is developing the Galaxy A16 5G, the successor to the Galaxy A15 5G. The Galaxy A16 5G, spotted on the IMEI database, UK carrier EE, and Geekbench, will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, 6GB of RAM, and run on Android 14. It scored 512 in single-core and 1,464 in multi-core tests on Geekbench.

A 4G version of the Galaxy A16 may also be available. The Galaxy A15 5G, with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display, Dimensity 6100+ chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, 256GB storage, 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging, and a triple rear camera setup, is expected to see improvements in the A16 5G.
