On Saturday, users reported challenges when attempting to send media files via WhatsApp over mobile data, with issues starting as early as 10:00 AM. Many users turned to Downdetector and other internet monitoring services to report the disruptions. While Wi-Fi networks are functioning normally, mobile data users are facing difficulties in sending audio, video, and other files.
