In the past 48 hours, 131 Pakistanis nationals have been deported from 12 different countries due to reasons such as illegal entry, drug-related offenses, and job abandonment. The deportations highlight the increasing crackdown on immigration violations by multiple nations.
Major Deportations: Saudi Arabia and UAE Lead the List
According to immigration sources, Saudi Arabia expelled 74 Pakistani citizens, citing offenses like drug peddling and leaving jobs without notice. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) also deported several individuals for illegal entry, theft, and drug-related crimes.

Additionally, a Pakistani traveler was denied entry into the UAE and immediately sent back, while another was deported for allegedly attempting suicide.
Other Countries Involved in Deportations
Pakistani nationals were also deported from Oman, Cambodia, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Iraq, and Mexico. Meanwhile, two individuals accused of human smuggling were returned from Mauritania and Senegal.
Out of those deported:
- 16 individuals were handed over to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Anti-Human Trafficking Circle.
- Six individuals were transferred to police stations in Larkana, Kalat, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, and Rawalpindi for further investigation.
86 Passengers Offloaded at Karachi Airport
At Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport, immigration authorities offloaded 86 passengers from their flights due to various travel violations.
Among those stopped:
- 30 Umrah pilgrims were prevented from boarding their flights to Saudi Arabia due to lack of hotel bookings and insufficient funds.
- Seven students with study visas for Cyprus, the UK, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan were offloaded.
- Several passengers traveling on tourist visit visas to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Indonesia were denied travel.
- Blacklisted individuals attempting to travel to Qatar, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia were also stopped from boarding their flights.
Crackdown on Illegal Immigration Continues
The recent deportations and offloading of passengers indicate stricter immigration regulations across multiple countries. Pakistani authorities are intensifying efforts to curb illegal immigration, human trafficking, and visa fraud to ensure legal compliance among travelers.
