The Pakistan Airports Authority has officially announced the full restoration of the country’s airspace for all types of flight operations, effective immediately.
In a statement released on Saturday, the authority’s spokesperson confirmed that all restrictions have been lifted and normal operations have resumed across all airports. Domestic and international flights are now operating routinely following a temporary suspension.

The airspace had been closed until noon on May 11 as a precautionary measure amid rising regional tensions and security concerns. Officials stated that the closure was necessary to ensure public safety during a period of heightened military activity.
With the airspace now fully reopened, passengers and airlines can expect operations to return to normal.
