According to India’s Maharashtra Cyber, seven Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) groups were involved, including APT 36, Pakistan Cyber Force, Team Insane PK, Mysterious Bangladesh, Indo Hacks Sec, Cyber Group HOAX 1337, and National Cyber Crew.
