A local court in Lahore has extended the physical remand of YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, by four more days in a case involving the alleged promotion of online gambling platforms and the upload of obscene content on social media.

The extension came after Ducky Bhai was produced before the court following the completion of his initial two-day remand.

Investigating Officer Shoaib Riaz requested a 28-day remand, stating that the influencer is allegedly connected to an international gambling network and that more time was required to continue the investigation.

After hearing arguments from both the prosecution and the defense, the court approved an extension until August 23, after which Ducky Bhai will be presented again for further legal proceedings.

🚨 Arrest and Allegations

Ducky Bhai was arrested by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) on August 17 at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.

According to the NCCIA, he is accused of promoting multiple unregistered gambling applications through his YouTube channel and other social media platforms, potentially causing financial harm to the public.

Investigators claim they recovered evidence from his mobile phone, including WhatsApp conversations and payment records, which allegedly link him directly to these platforms.

Authorities further allege that Ducky Bhai was operating as a “country manager” for one such gambling application without any approval from the State Bank of Pakistan or the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
