A shocking discovery at a roadside eatery in Balsi, Badaun, Uttar Pradesh, left two men horrified when they found a dead rat in their vegetable curry. The incident, captured on video and widely shared on social media, shows one of the diners stirring the curry and uncovering the lifeless rat beneath the gravy.

The diners, visibly stunned, immediately stopped eating. One of them, identified as Maheshwari, criticized the eatery’s management and warned that he would file a police complaint. Local authorities confirmed they had seen the viral video and assured that an investigation is underway, although no formal complaint has been lodged yet.
