This enhancement, available on supported devices, will provide detailed audio descriptions of images, regardless of their origin. For Wear OS users, Google is introducing the long-anticipated offline map feature. Wear OS smartwatches can now access maps downloaded to the paired smartphone, even when offline. Additionally, two new shortcuts have been added: users can initiate voice searches for destinations when back online, and a tap on the watch face will show the current location on the map.
