Anita Karim, Pakistan’s first female mixed martial arts (MMA), fighter won her fight against Australia’s Uyen Hai by unanimous decision. She was fighting under the banner Fairtex Fight Promotion at Lumpinee Stadium.
Details reveal that the fighter, a 25-year-old Hunza native, made light work her opponent and won all three rounds of the bantamweight bout.

Her brother shared the news about Anita’s victory via Twitter. He mentioned that Anita Karim was the only fighter in Pakistani martial arts to have fought at the Lumpinee Stadium.
The Hunza fighter is known as “the arm collector” and has received many accolades throughout her career. After defeating Gita Suharsono, an Indonesian opponent, in One Warrior Series (OWS), in 2019, she was in the spotlight.
