The final moments before the tragic killing of 17-year-old TikToker Sana Yousuf have surfaced, shedding light on her last conversation with her alleged murderer, 22-year-old Umar Hayat alias Kaka. The fatal incident occurred outside Sana’s residence in Islamabad and has sparked national outrage.

According to investigation sources, Umar Hayat had persistently pursued Sana for friendship, but she repeatedly turned down his advances. During their final confrontation, Sana reportedly attempted to de-escalate the situation, telling Umar, “You are getting angry, leave this place. There are CCTV cameras, go away,” moments before he shot her twice.

Sana died at the scene. The accused fled but was apprehended within 20 hours by Islamabad Police in Faisalabad. Authorities also recovered the murder weapon and Sana’s iPhone from his possession.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the swift action of the police, while Inspector General of Police Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, confirmed that seven teams were assigned to the investigation. They conducted 11 raids and questioned 37 individuals to trace the suspect.

This heartbreaking case has sent shockwaves through Islamabad and beyond, reigniting concerns over the safety of young content creators, especially women, in Pakistan’s digital space.
