The government has earmarked Rs 16.29 billion in the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) to support the development of IT parks, artificial intelligence initiatives, and the startup ecosystem across the country.
This major allocation reflects a renewed focus on strengthening Pakistan’s digital economy and promoting innovation-driven growth. The funds will be used to establish modern IT infrastructure, expand technology parks, and support research and development in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
