As part of its first beta update of iOS 16.4 two weeks ago, foreign tech media outlet The Verifier discovered, by digging deeper into the relevant code, that Siri on HomePod will soon support Hebrew. HomePod may also be available in Israel as a result of this.
There is already Hebrew support for Siri on the iPhone and iPad, however, the HomePod does not yet have this support.
Siri is typically updated by Apple before the HomePod ships in order to support the languages spoken in that market. With the release of HomePod 15.6, Apple added support for Norwegian and Swedish languages to Siri, which was a release made in July 2022. As of December, Apple has launched the HomePod mini in Norway, Sweden, and Finland as well.

In Israel, Apple has yet to launch any HomePod models, and the media believes that judging by the code, the company will launch the HomePod there in the near future.
Due to the fact that Apple has not established an Apple Store in Israel either offline or online, it may only be able to sell the HomePod and the HomePod mini through authorized resellers.
