Jazz Collaborates with DeafTawk to Launch Deaf-Inclusive Communication Solutions

Islamabad, January 23: Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital operator, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DeafTawk, a global leader in accessible communication solutions, to promote inclusivity and enhance accessibility for the deaf community. This collaboration reaffirms Jazz’s commitment to fostering a more inclusive society through innovative solutions and transformative programs.

The collaboration aims to empower individuals with hearing impairments through innovative solutions and create an inclusive customer experience. Under the MoU, the DeafTawk Plus app will be integrated into Jazz’s customer care centers nationwide, enabling deaf individuals to access real-time sign language interpretation services. When a deaf customer visits a Jazz facility, they will be seamlessly connected to a qualified interpreter via a tablet or device.

This ensures effective communication for deaf customers seeking customer support and enables Jazz’s branch staff to better serve these individuals without reliance on intermediaries.
