Jazz has firmly rejected the findings of the Auditor General of Pakistan’s (AGP) Telecommunication Sector Audit for 2024–25, stating that it fully adheres to the country’s regulatory framework. The company clarified that all its tariffs and services are launched only after formal approvals from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), following transparent and well-defined processes.

In response to the audit, Jazz submitted detailed documentation proving the timely acquisition of regulatory approvals and fulfillment of all mandated contributions. This, the company emphasized, showcases its transparent and lawful operations.
