Mercantile, in collaboration with Jazz, has launched Pakistan’s first official iPhone Trade-In Program, allowing customers to exchange their PTA-approved iPhones (iPhone 11 or newer) for the latest iPhone 16 models. This initiative provides an easy and cost-effective way to upgrade, where users can trade in their current devices and pay only the remaining balance.

Exclusively available at select Jazz Experience Centres in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, the program eliminates the hassle of selling older devices. Mercantile ensures fair and standardized device valuation, while Jazz streamlines the process through its extensive retail network.
