The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued an urgent public advisory alerting citizens about a fraudulent website impersonating its official services.
The fake platform — idcardtracking.online — has been identified as a scam designed to deceive both local and overseas Pakistanis, putting their personal data and financial security at risk.
In its warning, NADRA strongly advised the public not to interact with agents, unauthorized individuals, or any third-party service providers claiming to offer ID-related assistance. Officials highlighted that using unverified channels can lead to data theft, financial fraud, and misuse of sensitive personal information.

NADRA reiterated that the only secure and legitimate method to apply for or track identity documents is through its official Pak ID Mobile App. The app ensures safe digital processing and protects users’ information through verified channels.
Citizens are urged to remain vigilant and rely exclusively on NADRA’s official platforms.
