The latest Henley Passport Index has ranked the Pakistani passport as the fourth least powerful, placing it at 100th position for the fourth consecutive year. Pakistani citizens can travel to 33 countries without needing a visa in advance.
The index assesses passports from 199 countries based on how many destinations their holders can visit without obtaining a visa beforehand. This ranking is compiled by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Other passports with low rankings include Iran and Sudan, both at 94th place, Eritrea at 95th, North Korea at 96th, Bangladesh and Palestine at 97th, Libya and Nepal at 98th, and Somalia at 99th.
