Petroleum product prices in Pakistan are expected to see a notable reduction starting December 1, 2025, offering much-needed relief to consumers.
According to industry sources, petrol prices may fall by Rs. 3.75 per litre, while high-speed diesel is expected to see a larger cut of Rs. 6.10 per litre. The prices of other fuels may also come down, with kerosene likely to drop by Rs. 0.73 per litre and light diesel oil (LDO) expected to decrease by Rs. 6.35 per litre.

Oil companies have finalized their pricing calculations and submitted the proposed adjustments to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA). OGRA is now preparing its official summary, which will be forwarded to the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry will make the final announcement on November 30, following consultation with the Prime Minister. The revised petroleum prices will be implemented for the next 15 days, starting December 1.
