Protesters, primarily students, are demanding accountability not only for this case but also for other incidents of sexual assault, citing threats from the college administration. Students from various other colleges joined the protests outside Punjab College, accusing the administration of prioritizing the institution’s reputation over student safety and transparency. This has led to widespread outrage within the community.

Supporters and students are expected to gather to advocate for justice and accountability in this grave matter.
