The Punjab government has opened applications for multiple contract-based positions under the Home Department’s “Media Thinktank for Resilience & Counter-Narrative Initiative.” The recruitment drive aims to hire skilled professionals for media production, digital monitoring, and social media management roles.
According to the official advertisement, vacancies are available for the positions of Video Editor/Animator, Graphic Designer, Social Media Optimization (SMO) Expert, Digital Media Monitoring Assistant, and Electronic Media Monitoring Assistant. A total of seven vacancies have been announced, with two seats each for Video Editor/Animator and Graphic Designer, while the remaining three posts are for specialized digital media roles.
The government is offering market-competitive salaries for these positions, which will be filled on a contract basis. Officials stated that the contracts may be extended depending on employee performance and departmental requirements.

Applicants must submit their applications online through the Punjab Job Portal. After completing the online application, candidates are also required to send printed application forms along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, experience letters, passport-size photographs, and updated CVs via courier to the Home Department.
The last date to apply for the advertised positions is May 26, 2026. Authorities clarified that only candidates with valid Punjab domicile certificates are eligible to apply. Government employees must also provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.
Officials added that no TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews, while the department reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
