The weekend of the USA saw the launch of the world’s first Hoverbike known as XTurismo. The flying Bike– designed by Aerwins Technologies, a Japanese startup known as Aerwins Technologies — looks like a sports car with a fable-inspired design with exposed carbon fiber panels surrounded by the sharp body, making it a real head-turner.
The bike was unveiled in the Detroit Auto Show and also flew its first flight in the eyes of the public. It features six propulsion fans under the body which allows the bike to fly.
They are driven by an internal combustion motor which permits a cruising distance of 40 km. XTurismo weighs around 300 KG it is capable of a top speed of 100 km/h and a payload capability of 100 kg.
The reports suggest that the hoverbike is going to undergo additional adjustments. The current model has a very limited distance and flight time, and is very noisy due to the sound of propellers and internal combustion engine.

In addition, the present Vertical take-off and land (VTOL) laws don’t permit any commercialization or commercialization plans for XTurismo. However, Aerwins has priced the XTurismo at an astounding $7777,000 (PKR 1.84 billion).
The company will ship nearly 200 Limited-Edition XTurismos by 2022. It will then begin commercial production shortly following.
