Launches a unique program to provide free Customers service to LG products along with discount on spare parts

LG Electronics (LG), the global leader and technology innovator has launched a unique customer-friendly service program in Pakistan to provide technical assistance across LG products to its customers. The service will be routed through LG’s authorized service centers across Pakistan.

As per the program, LG will provide free service for LG products including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens and LED/LCD). The unique program also offers a 50 percent special discount on spare parts and free labor, which will be conducted in three major cities Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi based on terms and conditions.

“LG has always put the needs of its customers at the forefront of its operations from producing the latest innovative technology to its customer service,” said Mr. Philip Shin, Country Head LG Electronics Pakistan. “This has been the motivation behind developing our network of service centers across Pakistan as an extension to the differentiated customer-oriented services LG provides.”

To ensure that the high level of customer service is maintained, LG has selected and appointed technicians with the highest skill-set available to operate the program. As with the policy of LG service practices, all LG technicians will continuously be reviewed to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained across all markets.
