Back in October of last year, rumors had started to come in claiming that tech giant Apple had actually proceeded on to postpone the iPhone SE 3 and would instead release the iPhone SE Plus in 2022. And now, an analyst, who had initially broken the news back in October is indeed back with more and more details with respect to the upcoming iPhone SE models.

Of course the iPhone SE lineup from Apple happens to be an affordable small screen lineup which was first subject to being introduced back in 2016. The second phone that belongs in the series wasn’t subject to being launched till 2020 and the successor is expected to arrive this year.

In accordance with what the latest tweet from the analyst goes on to suggest, the next iPhone SE model will indeed be branded as the iPhone SE Plus. The SE Plus will indeed be the very first device within the SE lineup to make way with the support of 5G and it is also expected to arrive with a 4.7-inch LCD display. The device is also set to retain the very same design as there will be both thick bezzles both at the top as well as the bottom and there will also be a Touch ID button.

It is expected that the phone will debut in the next few months with the aid of the A15 Bionic chip, an improved rear camera sensor and the aforementioned 5G support. All at the same time, it has also been claimed that the iPhone SE 3 might end up launching next year rather than what was previously touted in 2024 and will make way with the aid of a 5.7-inch display.
