The Huawei Mate 50 series could end up making their way solely powered by the Snapdragon chips, which is indeed likely to be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 – as per what a tipster has gone on to suggest.

This latest bit of information has made its way from a rather reliable tipster, who has also then claimed that the Snapdragon chip will once again lack the capabilities for 5G technology.

As compared then to the P50 series, the cameras of the device have in fact improved to quite an extent. The software is also said to serve with a much better experience and will of course be based on the HarmonyOS 3.0.

Apart from all this then, barely anything is known about the Mate 50 flagship phone, however, we soon could end up getting our hands on more information ahead of the launch of the phone. The launch has then been scheduled for mid to late July, in accordance with what the tipster has suggested.

Also, am artist just last month dropped some renders in relation to what they think the Huawei Mate 50 will end up looking like, and you can also find such renders online.

Of course it’s been no secret that Huawei has long been unable to ship its phones without the aid of 5G technology, due to sanctions that have been put into place by the US. The company at the same time is also unable to produce new Kirin chipsets, however, has managed to maintain an extensive large stock of such chipsets. Now though, this finally seems to have run out, as Huawei is now again looking towards Qualcomm in order to satisfy its chipset needs. It’s also suggested then that the phone will first be launched in China, and then will make its way on a more global platform soon after.
