Just a few days ago, we came to know of the fact that there will be a new smartphone coming in from Oppo, and this will be named as the Oppo K10. Rumors in the more recent times are extremely suggestive of the fact that this phone will feature with the aid of the new MediaTek Dimensity 8000 series chipset. And now, the latest bit of information actually goes on to suggest that the phone will also make way with the aid of a rather impressive charging solution.

The device managed to pass China’s 3C certification site and it has from there been noticed that the phone will in fact make way with the aid of 80W fast charging.

Moreover, it has also been suggested by a tipster that the phone will feature with the aid of a combination of the Dimensity 8000 SoC and also 80W fast charging. This then does indeed clear up the confusion in the past where we were unsure of which 8000 series processor the K10 would make way with, whether the 8000 or 8100.

For starters, it is of course important to consider the fact that both the Dimensity 8000 as well as the Dimensity 8100 are indeed new mid-range chipsets, however, the Dimensity 8000 makes way with a slightly slower GPU. MediaTek has also since confirmed that the very first smartphones to make their way with such chips would come by the end of Q1. And so, we can indeed expect that the Oppo K10 will indeed arrive over the course of the coming months.

All in all, at this moment in time, it’s important to remember that Oppo won’t be the only company that will bring the Dimensity 8000 series chipset within. Other brands such as Redmi and OnePlus too have similar ambitions, and we shall see such phones make their way sooner rather than later.
