There is an expectation that the company will be open to partners and customers as early as March. As of today, only the G9 is being produced because of the production qualification that was obtained in January. As of yet, XPeng Auto has not responded to my inquiry.
The current XPeng car models on the market are XPeng G3i, P5, P7 and G9, of which the new platform XPeng G9 will be officially launched on September 21, 2022, with six different models priced from RMB 30.99-46.99 million.
According to the report, XPeng’s previous G3 models were OEMed by the Zhengzhou Haima Automobile factory and were transferred to Xpeng’s Zhaoqing factory after the agreement expired, while the production of the later launched P5 and P7 was also in Zhaoqing.
