Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Murtaza Solangi, emphasized the Pakistani government’s unwavering commitment to the Palestinian cause and its condemnation of genocidal actions against the Palestinian people, particularly those in Gaza (Palestine). In a tweet, he stated that Pakistan played a crucial role in the Jeddah summit and that Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani would represent Pakistan, even amid his prior commitments in Beijing.

The Information Minister highlighted that the Prime Minister had already raised the Palestinian issue with world leaders, including the UN Secretary General, during his presence in Beijing.
