Lenovo appears to have launched a rebranded version of its Legion Y700 gaming tablet in global markets, now known as the Lenovo Legion Tab. Although the company hasn’t officially confirmed its release, similarities with the Chinese variant suggest this rebadged device shares identical specifications.
Sporting an 8.8-inch display boasting a 2.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits peak brightness, the Legion Tab supports Dolby Vision and HDR10, along with stylus pen compatibility. It boasts two superlinear speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos and incorporates a dual X-axis linear motor.

Encased in a metal chassis, the tablet features a modest rectangular camera module housing a 13MP main sensor and a 2MP macro lens, with an 8MP front-facing selfie camera.
Powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, the Legion Tab comes with 12GB of soldered RAM, which unfortunately isn’t upgradable, and 256GB of onboard storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. The device is equipped with a heat dissipation system for efficient cooling. Its 6,550mAh battery supports 45W fast charging.
Available solely in a 12GB + 256GB configuration and Storm Grey color option for the global market, the Legion Tab offers additional variants in China. Pricing for the global release has yet to be disclosed.
