Grand Vista Apartment Project Approval Revoked by CDA
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has revoked its approval for the layout plan of the Grand Vista apartment project. The project, sponsored by Glade Vista Builders (Pvt) Limited and located on Murree Road Expressway in Zone-IV, faced cancellation due to the developer’s failure to meet approval conditions.

Initially approved in June 2023, the plan came with a 30-day deadline for completing all formalities. Despite repeated warnings, Glade Vista Builders failed to comply. The CDA issued a final show-cause notice on March 27, 2024, seeking an explanation for non-compliance and unauthorized marketing/sales activities. With no response from the developer, the CDA proceeded with the cancellation.
This decision by the CDA casts doubt on the project’s future. Investors and potential buyers are advised to carefully re-evaluate their involvement with Grand Vista.
