Dense fog has caused major disruptions on Pakistan’s motorway network, leading to the closure of several key routes. Authorities have temporarily shut down sections where visibility is severely reduced, in a bid to ensure public safety.

Motorway Closures Due to Poor Visibility

Among the closures, the Sialkot Motorway (M-11) has been completely shut down. Similarly, the Lahore to Kot Momin section of Motorway M-2 has been suspended, along with the entire stretch of Motorway M-3. Additionally, the M-4 Motorway, stretching from Pindi Bhattian to Abdul Hakeem, is also inaccessible due to the dense fog.
