At the ongoing Asian Athletics Championship in South Korea, Pakistan’s Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem and fellow athlete Yasir Sultan have successfully qualified for the final round of the javelin throw event.

In the qualifying round (Group A) of the javelin throw, Arshad Nadeem secured his spot in the final with an impressive throw of 86.34 meters on his very first attempt.

Meanwhile, Yasir Sultan also advanced to the final after recording a throw of 76.07 meters. In comparison, India’s Yashvir Singh achieved a throw of 76.67 meters.
