The Government of Sindh, under the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust, is offering scholarships for the academic year 2024–2025 to assist meritorious students from low-income families in pursuing higher education at recognized public and private universities/institutions.

The SEEF Scholarship provides full tuition fee coverage for one academic year and is available for the following disciplines (at institutions approved by the SEEF Trust Panel):

This initiative aims to support deserving students in achieving their academic goals while easing financial burdens.

Scholarships Eligible Academic Disciplines (4-year programs unless stated):

  • Medical: MBBS, BDS, DPT, B. Pharmacy/D. Pharmacy, BS Nursing

  • Engineering: All disciplines

  • Agriculture Engineering

  • Veterinary Medicine: DVM

  • Social Sciences

  • Business Administration

  • Law: LLB (5-year program)

  • Information Technology


Scholarships Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Must be a domicile holder and permanent resident of Sindh.

  2. Must be enrolled in an institution approved by the SEEF Trust Panel (2024–2025).

  3. Minimum academic requirement: GPA of 2.5 or 60%.

  4. Income verification via Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is mandatory.

  5. Children of government employees must submit salary slips.

  6. Family income must match the SEEF income brackets.


Income Brackets & Scholarship Distribution:

A 0 – 100,000 80%
B 100,001 – 1,500,000 80%
C 1,500,001 – 2,500,000 10%
D Above 2,500,000 10%

Special Quotas Allocation:

  • 86% for needy and meritorious students

  • 2% for students with special needs

  • 2% for minority students

  • 5% for orphans

  • 5% for children of Sindh Government employees


Scholarships Ineligibility Criteria:

  • Studying in non-affiliated institutions or those outside SEEF panel

  • Enrolled under self-financing or foreign exchange programs

  • Already receiving other scholarships

  • Submitting incomplete or forged documents

  • Having GPA/percentage below required minimum
