Xiaomi has officially launched the Mix Flip 2, the latest addition to its foldable Mix series lineup. While the overall design keeps a familiar clamshell aesthetic, this new generation brings significant upgrades in engineering, performance, and usability.

The Mix Flip 2 features a compact clamshell foldable form and introduces a redesigned hinge based on a three-link, four-float plate mechanism, allowing a tighter fold and reduced screen crease. The cover display is slightly larger, stretching closer to the bezels for a more immersive interface, while the inner 6.86-inch AMOLED screen remains the same size.

Both displays support 120Hz refresh rates, P3 wide color gamut, and up to 3200 nits peak brightness. The inner screen also boasts a 300Hz touch sampling rate for smoother interaction. Color options include Lattice Gold, Shell White, Nebula Purple, and Plum Green.

Under the hood, the Mix Flip 2 runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with Adreno 830 GPU, built on a 3nm process, ensuring improved performance and efficiency. A dual vapor chamber cooling system keeps temperatures in check during intense usage.

Memory and storage options range from 12GB RAM with 256GB/512GB storage to a flagship variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The phone runs Android 15 with HyperOS 2, optimized for foldable multitasking.

📸 Camera System

Xiaomi has reconfigured the camera setup with a 50MP wide-angle main sensor (OV50E, f/1.7) and a 50MP 14mm ultrawide lens that also handles macro shots at 5cm. The 32MP front camera supports 4K video recording, ideal for high-res selfies and video calls.

🔋 Battery & Charging

The Mix Flip 2 is powered by a 5165 mAh battery, up from its predecessor’s 4780 mAh, and supports 67W wired and 50W wireless charging. The retail box includes a USB-C cable, 67W charger, and protective case.
