The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has suspended the license of Xtreme Solutions (Private) Limited for one month due to the company’s continuous failure to submit its Annual Audited Accounts and pay regulatory dues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

The action was taken under Section 23 of the Pakistan Telecommunication (Reorganization) Act, 1996, after repeated reminders—both written and electronic—were ignored by the company. Xtreme Solutions was issued a non-exclusive license on November 24, 2010, to operate Data Class Value Added Services (VAS) under license number DIR(L)/CVAS-352/PTA/2010.

Despite several notices between October 2022 and January 2025, the company did not fulfill its regulatory obligations. A Show Cause Notice was issued on January 4, 2024, followed by a scheduled hearing on May 13, 2024, at PTA headquarters. However, the hearing notice was returned undelivered, and the company failed to update its registered address.

PTA then issued a final notice on January 27, 2025, asking for compliance by January 31, 2025. No response was received. With no communication or cooperation from the company, PTA conducted ex parte proceedings and found Xtreme Solutions in violation of regulatory laws.

As a result, the company’s license is suspended for one month or until it complies by submitting the required financial documents and clearing the dues—whichever occurs first. Failure to do so will lead to automatic termination of the license without further notice.

Additionally, all LDI, LL, TIP, and mobile operators have been instructed to immediately cease providing telecommunication services to Xtreme Solutions until further notice from PTA.
