Facebook is changing the interface of its messenger in its next update. Instead of seeing your recent messages, now you’ll be able to today’s birthdays, Frequent favorites Contacts and Current online friends on your messenger home.
This update is shifting messenger level to more about “people you care” from just an ordinary message sending application. And this change however will earn more points toward positive feedback because Facebook is a social network and the messenger should also promote your social interactions with your favorite friend list. However the aim of the update is also towards prioritizing your most frequent contacts so you don’t have to search through your friend list or whole inbox.
Also Facebook Push assistance service is working on more artificially intelligent bots who will reply to the user common questions but obviously you cannot start a full conversation with them.
