• Evening Shift (Monday to Thursday): The evening shift will run from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Friday (Second Shift): Classes will start at 2:30 pm.

3. Postgraduate Colleges

Postgraduate colleges will adhere to the following schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: Operating hours are from 8:30 am to either 2:00 pm or 4:00 pm, depending on the college.

This decision by the FDE is a proactive measure to adapt to the changing weather conditions in Islamabad. School timings may be revised in other parts of the country as well, especially in areas where a further drop in temperature is expected.

• Chitral, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Shangla, Buner, Mansehra, Kohistan, Abbottabad, Haripur, Swabi, Khyber, Mohmand, Bajaur, Peshawar, Mardan, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kurram, and Kohat are expected to receive heavy rainfall.
