Motorola has officially launched the Edge 60 Pro and Edge 60, introducing quad-curved displays to this smartphone category for the first time. Designed with durability and premium finishes in mind, both devices run on Android 15.
Design and Display
Both the Edge 60 Pro and Edge 60 are built around a 6.7-inch quad-curved p-OLED display with a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panels are HDR10+ certified and boast a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, making them Motorola’s brightest displays to date. Each model has received Pantone Validation, ensuring accurate color reproduction.
The Edge 60 Pro is available in Pantone Shadow (leather-like), Dazzling Blue (nylon-like), and Sparkling Grape (sandpaper-like) finishes. Meanwhile, the Edge 60 comes in Gibraltar Sea, Shamrock, and Plum Perfect with similar textures. Both phones offer IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance and are built to MIL-STD-810H standards, making them resilient to extreme environments and drops up to 1.5 meters.

Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Edge 60 Pro is powered by the 4nm Dimensity 8350 chipset, while the Edge 60 uses the Dimensity 7300. Both variants offer either 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage. Notably, only the standard Edge 60 includes a microSD card slot for expandable storage.
The phones run Motorola’s HyperOS, based on Android 15, and introduce new Moto AI features like “Next Move,” which provides contextual suggestions based on screen content. Motorola has also included a Photo Enhancement Engine for sharper, clearer photos and support for Pantone Validated SkinTone for true-to-life portraits.
Cameras
Both models feature the same triple rear camera setup: a 50MP Sony LYT-700C main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens with phase detection autofocus, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and 50x Super Zoom. A 50MP front-facing camera is positioned in a center-aligned punch-hole on both phones.
Battery and Pricing
The Edge 60 Pro is equipped with a large 6,000 mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 15W wireless charging. The Edge 60 is available in two battery configurations—5,200 mAh and 5,500 mAh—both supporting 68W wired charging. In certain markets, Motorola will include the appropriate charger in the box.
Pricing for the Edge 60 Pro starts at $684, while the Edge 60 is priced from $433. The global rollout will happen in phases, though the devices will not be released in the U.S. More details on regional availability are expected soon.
