The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is set to launch three new mega one-window centers in Islamabad, aiming to consolidate various services under one roof for residents. These centers, located in G-11, G-7, and Kahuta, will feature dedicated counters for CDA services as well as offerings from NADRA, police, FBR, passport services, and other agencies. This initiative, part of Islamabad’s Digitalization Plan, seeks to enhance service efficiency and accessibility through digital integration.

The first center, situated at the G-7 CDA Facilitation Center, is already undergoing upgrades and will serve as a model for subsequent centers. Once operational, these centers will enable citizens to access essential services such as ID cards, licenses, passports, property tax payments, vehicle registrations, pension collections, utility bill payments, and complaint lodgings, including FIR registrations.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has urged the CDA to expedite the centers’ establishment, highlighting their role in improving public service delivery and reducing bureaucratic delays in Islamabad.
