Leading the rankings this year is Qatar Airways, with several major airlines from the UAE, UK, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East also securing top positions—reflecting a strong overall improvement in global aviation standards.
Top 10 Airlines in AirHelp Score 2025
1. Qatar Airways
Reclaiming the No. 1 spot with a score of 8.16, Qatar Airways excelled in customer satisfaction (9.1), thanks to its signature Qsuites, premium service, and efficient support systems.
2. Etihad Airways
Abu Dhabi–based Etihad climbed nine spots to rank second with 8.07, praised for its calm cabin experience, attentive crew, and sustainability initiatives.
3. Virgin Atlantic
The UK’s Virgin Atlantic surged 27 places to claim third with 8.03, winning praise for its friendly staff, modern interiors, and high service quality.
4. Qantas
Australia’s flag carrier ranked fourth with 7.99, retaining its reputation for safety, long-haul excellence, and ambitious future routes like Project Sunrise.
