The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad has officially announced a new date for the postponed Matriculation and Class 9 Group-II examinations across the Faisalabad division.

According to the board’s notification, the exams that were originally scheduled for May 6, 2026, will now be conducted on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

The postponed papers include Biology, Computer Science, and Ahl-e-Hadith Dars-e-Nizami examinations. These papers were delayed after reports surfaced regarding a Biology paper leak during the second session exams in Faisalabad.

BISE Faisalabad Chairperson and Commissioner Faisalabad Division, Musarrat Jabeen, confirmed that students will appear at their previously assigned examination centers according to the revised schedule. The board also clarified that already issued roll number slips will remain valid, and no new slips will be issued.

Authorities have advised students to arrive at their examination centers on time and carefully follow all examination instructions issued by the board. The administration further stated that all arrangements for the rescheduled exams have been finalized to ensure a peaceful, transparent, and organized examination process.

Meanwhile, education officials confirmed that an investigation into the paper leak incident is ongoing, and strict action will be taken against those found responsible.
